Honeywell International, India  

Team Lead  (2 years)

Joined  Honeywell as a Data Analyst and moved on to become a Team Leader with in one year,  I had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the company's data-driven decision-making processes. One of the key aspects of my role was working with confidential big customer data, where I handled and analyzed sensitive information with utmost professionalism and adherence to privacy regulations. I leveraged my expertise in data analytics and statistical modeling to extract valuable insights from complex datasets, providing actionable recommendations to various departments within the organization. 

During my time at Honeywell, I worked extensively with Oracle Siebel, a customer relationship management (CRM) software, to collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources. I utilized Siebel's functionalities to enhance data accuracy and optimize business processes. Additionally, I played a significant role in the transition from Siebel to SAP, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, where I contributed to data migration, system configuration, and user training activities. Moreover, my experience as a Data Analyst at Honeywell included collaborating with Dun & Bradstreet, a prominent business data and analytics company. Through this collaboration, I gained exposure to industry-leading data solutions, enabling me to enrich my analytical capabilities and leverage external data sources to enhance decision-making processes.

I was also involved in an exciting new project called "Customer Data on Demand." This initiative involved working on Customer Master Data, aimed to provide real-time access to customer data, enabling various departments to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently. In this project, I played a key role in designing and implementing a data architecture that allowed seamless integration and synchronization of customer data from multiple sources. I collaborated closely with IT teams and stakeholders to understand the data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency. This involved training, process designing  as well as lean process designing. Worked on Six SIgma Green Belt project during my tenure. 


McAfee, India  

Analyst (1 Year)

Worked on Marketing Information Management tool for McAfee. Provided market intelligence to the sales team. Enabled sales teams with actionable market intelligence. As a Marketing Analyst at McAfee, I had the privilege of working with a vast amount of customer data and playing a pivotal role in driving data-driven marketing strategies. One of the key aspects of my role was handling, cleaning, and processing large volumes of customer data to ensure its accuracy and reliability. By employing advanced data cleaning techniques, I was able to transform raw data into a structured format suitable for analysis. A significant part of my role was dedicated to data completion, which involved augmenting incomplete customer data with external data sources. By leveraging third-party data providers and utilizing data enrichment techniques, I enhanced the depth and accuracy of customer profiles, allowing for more effective targeting and personalized marketing efforts.


Benchmark Six Sigma, India  

Regional Representative  (1.5 Years)

As a Regional Representative for Benchmark Six Sigma, my role encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities, making for a dynamic and engaging work experience. One of the primary aspects of my role was sales, where I actively engaged with potential clients and businesses to promote Benchmark Six Sigma's training and consulting services. I utilized my knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and principles to effectively communicate the benefits of implementing these practices in achieving process improvement and operational excellence.

In addition to sales, I also took on the role of an event planner, organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions in the region. These events were aimed at educating professionals and organizations about the importance of process optimization and providing them with practical tools and techniques to achieve their quality and efficiency goals. As a regional representative, market research played a vital role in identifying potential opportunities and target markets. I conducted comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs. This information was used to develop targeted marketing strategies and initiatives that effectively positioned Benchmark Six Sigma as a leader in the field.  My role also required extensive customer-facing interactions. I engaged with clients to understand their specific needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any concerns or queries they had. Building strong relationships with customers was a key focus, as it contributed to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
